Leadership Team

Jessica brings extensive expertise in federal government capture management, focusing on business development and proposal strategies that foster growth and competitive advantage. Her solid background in IT services, combined with a proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership, enables her to lead each project with a mission-driven approach that aligns with the distinct objectives of our customers. An Army veteran who served in South Korea and completed two deployments to Afghanistan, Jessica is also deeply dedicated to supporting the veteran community.

Her dedication extends beyond her military service as she actively supports others through the 'IGY6' (I Got Your Six) and Project Semicolon (;) initiatives. The 'IGY6' (I've Got Your Six) initiative is a support movement within the military community emphasizing watching each other's backs, promoting mental health awareness, and fostering camaraderie among veterans. The initiative aims to create a supportive environment by encouraging mutual support and understanding among those who have served in the military. Similarly, Project Semicolon is a mental health initiative symbolized by a semicolon tattoo (;), representing solidarity with those facing mental health struggles. It aims to raise awareness, provide support, and advocate for mental health by encouraging people to share their stories and seek help
